Johan Ehn is an international commercial leader and business builder with more than 25 years of experience across MedTech, SaaS, and technology-driven industries.
Throughout his career, Johan has held senior executive positions, including Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of Business Development, and Vice President of Global Marketing.
His experience spans business development, sales, marketing, product management, commercialization, and international market expansion.
Combining strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, Johan has built businesses, developed new markets, and delivered profitable growth in complex international environments.
One notable achievement was establishing a new business area at QleanAir and growing it from zero to SEK 34 million in revenue within four years, achieving a 65% gross margin.
His professional background includes leadership roles at Cochlear/Entific Medical Systems, Carmel Pharma, QleanAir, 1928 Diagnostics, and Neoventa Medical.
Today, Johan brings this experience to Juniper Venture Studio, working alongside ambitious founders and management teams to turn commercial opportunities into measurable results.
